Pros

The company has both a 401k and pension plan. You can make good friends, and (I have nothing else to add).

Cons

The company is so cheap, they expect you to do the job of two people for a below market salary. Even when you are the only person who knows how to do your job and even your supervisor has no idea what it takes to do your job, you are still told to work harder.
