      Benefits and experience. The people PACCAR hires are exceptional and are trained to be better than most. Employees experience all aspects of business from purchasing to building senior management presentations

      Pay rate is not the lowest, but not on par with the rest of the world.

      Cons

      No benefits, no advancement opportunities, Poor lower and middle management, lack of realistic expectations, typical false statements and a lot of false promises. No mentor program for entry level. If your a contract employee your chances of being hired are remote. They will hire outside to replace you once they find someone willing to take a lower wage for your position. They are notorious for saying one position is engineering related.
