Business Outlook
Pros
Great Pay, Great benefits, Tuition reimbursement, Flexible, A lot of growth opportunity. Since I have been here the entire department has turned over a few times and only twice was it due to somebody leaving the company, All the other times it was for other opportunities within the company. The company is very good about employee development, provided your willing to evolve. I frequently look for jobs outside the company but I just can't imagine leaving.
Cons
It is a big company with a very tall management structure so it can be slow to move which can be frustrating, but I think that is par for the course for such a large company.
