Pros

Work life balance was quite good. 8hrs and out culture.

Cons

The person who says the right things gets promoted and not the actual problem solvers. Therefore, managers can be arrogant because have "mate it" to the top while being less knowledgeable, and less skilled than subordinates. Expectation is a "yes" to management and management will bully people for thinking outside of company culture and people thinking with in the culture will stab colleagues in the back to get ahead. Corporate culture is, thus, horrible.

Pros

Umm, the location. Sadly, company name looks good on a resume; hilarious. That about sums it up.

Cons

Was stuck in a management position for over 6 years. Numerous applications submitted to move up or change Divisions, for the benefit of the company and my career path. Never even had a chance, over and over again. Amazing that I change companies and have been promoted twice since July 2014. Must be the difference of being promoted for your abilities and potential vs. being passed-over because you don't stroke the right executive. Summing it up: avoid this company for the sake of your career future. I wasted at least 3 years at this place, hoping and hoping to be allowed to move-up.

What Is The Message When HR People Keep Leaving?

Pros

Job security Decent benefits Work schedule is predictable Good coworkers

Cons

People don't matter. Acknowledgment and expect from upper leadership is lacking and that attitude trickles down. When you have as much turnover in HR as we do, there is no continuity. If the people who support management and company policies can't handle it, who can? We keep losing good people and it sends a strong message.
