Not all departments are the same
Pros
The company itself has a lot to offer. My opinion is that most people seemed happy in the various departments. I would givears are based on the company, not HR, which would be 1 star.
Cons
The HR department is about 20 people yet everyone is relatively new except for one. People in other departments commented to me a few times that HR had lots of attrition and "they have a problem". Fakery in HR and relational aggression is tolerated. They want to apply HR best practices across the plant and dealership but in reality it is still a personnel department and can´t set the example themselves. There´s a narcisisst/manipulator who thinks they´re a 'spiritual advisor' and who thrives on worship and sympathy from others, managing up and across but kicking down, and.... going places! Everyone else either turns a blind eye and/or facilitates the behaviour.
