Pros

Fair compensation, good employees trapped in a terrible work environment. Not much else can be described as a good place to work

Cons

Worst management team ever. Bad morale amongst employees, stuffy,outdated atmosphere, no recognition of holidays, no communication whatsoever amongst management and staff.

Pros

PACCAR has a good reputation in the industry. They do a great deal for their employees and offer good benefits. If you are able to relocate, there are many opportunities available for advancement.

Cons

You must be willing to relocate to truly advance in the company if you do not live in the Seattle area. They are more interested in you having a degree than having actual experience. The salary is average, but could be better.

The commradery is nice with in the departments and management seems to understand that it is all the employees that make up the success of the division.

Cons

While management understands that the people make up the success they don't offer many opportunities for growth and training. They also expect the employees to work with technology that is not up to speed with the results that they expect to receive.
