      Great co-workers and lots of opprotunity if you are dedicated and willing to work hard. Goals are clear and results are rewarded.

      Conservative corporate image, dress code, and work hours policy. Employees are expected to acheive goals with limited resources.

      Stable company with opportunity for growth. Committed to quality. 401k and pension plan for those who can find a way to stay and thrive in conservative environment.

      Cons

      Conservative and lacking in worklife balance. Environment is different from one division to the next. Further you get away from Bellevue the better the work environment.
