Achieves record profit most years!

Cons

When achieving said record profit, instead of sharing a small % of that profit with employees and giving them a small cash bonus to show appreciation…you will instead get a bonus in Doritos with a sticker saying “you’re all that and a bag of chips” (I wish I was kidding, this is not a joke and actually happened 1 year). It was the most demeaning thing that has ever happened to most of us in our careers and led to mass attrition.
