Pros

Great work/life balance. You're encouraged you to move around within the company to gain a better understanding of all aspects of the company. Pretty good benefits. I really enjoy the work and my team and have quite a bit of flexibility to make the job my own.

Cons

HR/Recruiting and/or the organization at large is a bit behind the times. If you're relocating to work at KW Division in Kirkland, WA, you will not be paid enough to purchase a home within a reasonable commuting distance. Company policy is to have 1 remote work day per week so you must live within a reasonable commuting distance. IT struggles to keep everyone fully operational and software/systems up to modern standards.

Everyone below management-level was nice (except for the other guy working in the mailroom) Pay was decent, though clearly low-balled.

Cons

Incompetent management, outdated practices/equipment, god awful workplace culture which not only fosters but encourages racism, sexism, and toxicity. P.S. if you work in the mail room, you’ll likely be bullied/harassed out.

They are stuck in the 1950s. They expect you to get a masters degree, but don’t appreciate you to change the status quo.
