As many have said favoritism. People who are doing terrible but they have senior family will be kept and promoted. They have black employees but we don’t really matter you’re warned about the executive floor and you must be invited to eat at the better lunchroom most will not. I feel some of the positive reviews are planted. This is a no for most people

This review is for Dynacraft in McKinney, TX, which is underneath the PACCAR umbrella. The senior management in this particular Dynacraft location seem to lack overall people/management skills. Every task was micromanaged, and it was a regular occurrence for management to show obvious signs of aggression, disrespect, and lack of appreciation for employees in meetings.
