      - Good work life balance - Amazing team - HUGE shoutout to materials team - Good job security, offers pension - Nice and reasonable managers

      Cons

      - Business casual outfit, no jeans allowed, cant wear comfortable sneakers - Strict about remote working policy - Building in Renton -- far and hard to get there since traffic is horrendous - Many long-term benefits but relatively low salary

      Pros

      Out of all the other companies you could work for in the same area of Seattle and Bellevue, why settle for a mediocre company? Average pay and average paid time off if the best thing about this place.

      Cons

      Compared to the rest of Seattle/ Bellevue companies, all of PACCAR and it’s divisions are decades behind in work flexibility, wfh (there is none), competitive pay and diversity. Most people work there because they don’t know the grass is greener at other companies. The old buildings from the 80’s without updates should tell you enough that this company only cares about profits and not about its employees. If you’re willing to play the “game” and get along with the “boys club” mentality then you can get far.
