      Conservative company without an understanding of technology.

      Pros

      - 401k company match - Tuition reimbursement program

      Cons

      - Not a modern workplace culture/environment (not healthy for innovation, for example - the CEO wants men to be cleanly shaven, if you work at corporate then suit and tie are mandatory, also doesn't want people to drive Mercedes, doesn't like people walking across the street for Starbucks) - Hard to get promotions - Inflexible hours (8am to 5pm was set in stone) - Company was run top-down

      Pros

      They have a good tuition reimbursement program.

      Cons

      Unfair promotion practices!!! You are ok if you are not a minority or woman. You have to be a member of the good old boy club. All employees are allowed only 5 sick days per year. They require you to wear out dated suits, but no advance to help you buy business attire.

      401K, Pension Some cool co-workers who try to show you the ropes Lots of funnies stories around the office about Mark's micro-management and quirky dislikes.

      Cons

      Was recently told to work 11 hours for an engineering push - w/o freebees. Was previously told to work weekends for an engineering push, at least on that push we got free soda and coffee. Seems like these overtime e-mails from managment are the NORM now. Sad I took the job offer. Had another offer out of state, took this one so I wouldn't have to move the family. Now I hardly see the family. Dress code right out of the 1970 Ross Perot handbook.
