      They pay salaries every month like clockwork and are rock solid economically. Strong company culture. They know what they want, you know what to expect. Rewards talent.

      Cons

      Very old school… remote working is not an option… suits and ties are still very much appreciated… sometimes feels like time travelling back to the 90s!
