      Most everything else. You're either 20+ years or new Advice & reality for grads, get your experience here & move on. Critical problem with retention. I don't recognize 90% of my co-workers. ITD will be relocating to Texas in the next 10 years East Indians are getting more expensive. Increasing Mexican employees. Not a negative but in fact otherwise, but the trend is obvious to me DO NOT work for any other division than ITD. Hemorroidal, Dickensian management. Chairman is Mad King Ludwig but becoming more remote.
