Pros

Other Clerks were pretty nice and easy to get along with. Don't work weekends.

Cons

Constant miscommunication from upper management 3:30 to midnight shift No straight forward answers to what's going on until it happens. Don't care about their employees. Choose only people they like to advice (rather it be to switch to day shift or higher jobs) Not alot of growth of any kind. Everything takes months sometimes years to get done. And so many more

Can't think of any sorry to say.

Cons

The company claimed to that employees would get benefits for 32 dollars bi- weekly but ended up charging employees over 273 dollars bi weekly.

Pros

Great work atmosphere, wonderful managerial staff.

Cons

Privatized contract employment is not secure, and lacks any long term benefits. No matter how valuable you are as an employee, you can be let go at any time for no reason, if the Federal government downsizes or cancels PAE's contract. It took longer to pass security clearance than the approximately 3 months I worked at my contract position. When I left, PAE was eliminating Federal contract jobs by attrition, due to government cut backs.
