Pros

Good corporate finance experience, lots of interesting nuances and exposure to international rules and regulations. Good people, made some friends.

Cons

Long hours. Chaotic disorganized departments, not very receptive to new ideas on how to improve the process. Worked almost 7 days a week, which burned me out very very quickly.

Pros

The Pro's was the pay. I worked with some very good people that cared about their work. The food and MWR was good.

Cons

The Cons were I did not have enough vacation time. It is very hard being away from your family. I could have stayed for a long time if I had more vacation time.

Crises Management is the norm, No or little notification of Lay-off, 2-Days. They only remember you for your mistakes, or you only good as your last mistake. do 100 things correct, and one mistake can take you down.
