PAE reviews

They cut corners and cater to Air Force ego projects, they get kicked around by labor unions that don't back workers, there's not much room for advancement, it can be Who you Know and not What you Know, will replace you in a heartbeat

Interviews were absurd, I should have seen it as a sign. Management had no idea what my job was. Everyone was very comfortable treating me as a second class citizen. I worked extremely hard, have a high education and was paid horribly. I was hired for one job and after I put in my notice for my current job I found out I was doing something completely different than what I thought. No one seemed the least bit concerned. There was no one I could talk to. My PAE Manager, who I never met, was annoyed when anyone contacted her. The agency that I was contracted out to said that my horrible experience with PAE was par for the course and that I am way too good to be working there. There was no opportunity for employee reviews. Similarly, there was no opportunity for raises. I felt trapped and am so happy that I left.
