      Pros

      Job satisfaction. My area of expertise. 401k is matched 50 percent. Work in close relations with the Navy which keeps a strong brotherhood.

      Cons

      Medical benefits. Dealing with the union CBA and hurdles for disciplinary actions. There are several employees that get away with being bad workers with no recourse.

      Pros

      Good pay, great Human Resources department, they really care about they're employees. Good benefits, they try they're best to make sure you as an employee are happy with you job.

      Cons

      Hard to get hired with them. Management can try too hard sometimes. Management sometimes needs to cut people that aren't working out but they get to stick around.
