- No career growth. - Regional managers are impersonal and only care about pleasing the cooperate hierarchy as opposed to actually caring for their employees. - One particular manager will take any opportunity they get to '1 up' you with their stories about how they used to be do better than you, which diminishes the potential for any meaningful learning opportunities and only serves to crush morale. -PAE will double down on legal jargon instead of accepting a higher standard of ethics and cooperate responsibility. -You literally have to ask for the managers to demonstrate their leadership when they should be fulfilling the expectations of their job titles and duties. - Their email and phone communications are not concise, leading to wasted communication efficiency and causing confusion among the level 2 and level 3 recipients.
