      -Good Pay -401K -Affordable Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance -Paid Vacations -Every other Friday off and is paid

      Cons

      -Limited upward promotions -work 10 hours a day (1 hour lunch-unpaid) to make up for every other Friday off -no overtime unless go through a lengthy process - 3 shift maintenance

      Best pay in the area for part-time work, especially for the ease of the work. The hours are great, 8-12 and very flexible with time off. Great position

      Technology isn't always maintained well. Tickets unresolved for long periods of time which sometimes make doing the work impossible
