Hostile upper management, low pay, expected to work out of trade you were hired for, incompetent and hostile supervisor, CEO and upper management do not inspire anyone, have an accident and watch management make sure assignment of blame solely on the worker (high PAE priority). Bull crap company

Management tends to not understand what is going on, and sees employees only as bodies to make th company money. Most of the good talent realizes this and leaves.
