      Good pay, Pretty Good Benefits and management is very capable.

      Cons

      Difficult to get promoted without having to relocate.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits were great. You worked either a 4-10 or standard 5-8 schedule. I preferred the 4-10. Specialty tools provided.

      Cons

      At times being assigned to a task then getting pulled to go start a different task. Having considerably less time to complete a task than the manual recommends takes away from quality of work.
