Pros

Large company with fingers in a large variety of activities. Plenty of opportunity to join this company, provided you have the connections and the right set of skills.

Cons

My only interaction with actual PAE staff (as opposed to those from the company they acquired) was with HR. HR was not responsive to my needs during a critical phase of my employment.

Not a lot of presure here. Work is not overly demanding or really that hard. Generally everyone gets along and is profesional.

Cons

-PTC Creo/Windchill is the main software for mechanical drafting. -Seems to be many hours of no work which can be boring and you have to drag out the work you get.
