      Depending where you are (which brand of government you are put in) Flexibility Work life balance Nice colleagues Sick leave -it was made by the government to give employees sick leave.

      Cons

      Benefits PTO you get only 10.days per year and you get it once you've worked for the company a full year. You cannot carry over your 10 days. No advancement opportunities No salary increase even during inflation or to adjust for cost of living. No trainings that are valuable for your growth
