Government work and rules can be frustrating. The pay is a little lower than compatible positions in the area.

Fairly small company. Not too many layers of management, so easier to get things done. Usually easy to find the right point of contact when you need something.

Cons

They are growing a lot - buying out a lot of other companies right now, but don't really have the employee transition processes worked out completely.
