Pros

PAE is a relatively large company. They are your typical over seas contracting firm. I was fortunate to work with a good group of people. I think PAE treats their employees better than the other bigger companies that support the US gov over seas.

Cons

They seem to not pay as well as other companies but the living conditions are much better.
