Business Outlook
Pros
Management was usually open to feedback from subordinates. Corporate did not have the usual super aggressive hawkish attitude toward maintaining and acquiring new contracts. Overall a good company to work for.
Cons
My main gripe was that there was not enough vacation time. When working overseas in warzones, this becomes a relevant factor for retention. Big factor in my decision to leave.
