Pros
Nice people who are always willing to help, and to add to that the diverse workforce with very fulfilling projects that focus on humanitarian and life support in remote locations.
Cons
Salary structure is all over the place. Employees are not valued very highly which is noted by a lack of investment, at times it feels as though you work for a no frills airline as everything at the organization is a pay as you go thing.
