      Laid back atmosphere Very little micro-management. Everyone is kind of left to do their thing. Jeans and a t-shirt casual dress Can listen to music and podcasts all day while working Data entry skills (10 key, typing, auditing, label making, etc) gained to bolster resume Decent benefts (health insurance, vision, dental, 401k)

      Very little opportunity to "move up" in the company Pay is fixed to the contract, so no yearly raises Repetitive, often times the work feels dull and unrewarding, which leads to feeling underpaid for time invested

      Very little positive in current situation.

      Cons

      Company seems more concerned with their bottom line than with their employees. Benefits are average. Employees working side by side, doing the same work, are given different pay levels and benefits.
