      Pros

      Nothing Much to shout about.

      Cons

      -Very low pay especially for guys working remotely (African Continent) -Discrimination among the African community, and lack of respect for the black African Community. -Long working hours with low pay. -Poor training and onboarding processes. -No space for personal creativity at work. -Micro-Management is the norm of the day,(even taking a cup of tea or going to the washroom you must ask permission from your manager) -If you are a creative person this is the last company you may want to work for as they don't have room for creativity, it's their way or the highway.

      Pros

      Enterprise-level business, so there's a lot of opportunities (theoretically), and you know they've got (most) processes down like clockwork. Pay was never late. They run their contracts well.

      Cons

      Communication was lacking - I never actually knew who my manager was, but this was partly due to the pandemic (and turnover). The yearly raise was nothing spectacular.
