      It is a bi-weekly paycheck

      Cons

      Unsupportive directors (NSS) that are sexist, rude and refuse to treat subordinates, especially women, with respect. Horrible directors that are profit driven to the detriment of client relations, minority subcontractors and most importantly vulnerable hourly employees.
