Management= LIARS Company= WORST, TERRIBLE Management is very poor during training they make it seem like something that is not. Once you start working there they treat you like trash. They make you come in an hour early before your shift actually starts just for you to sit in the break room for an whole hour. They have favorites. You have to kiss butt in order to get someone where in this company. They’re PRESSED about parking. If you’re not with contractors you have to be in the break room. If you have to use the bathroom you have to let them know. The leads are rude and fake. They give you the same post back to back. They will choose the “client” word over yours. If they see you trying to move forward with other jobs they will sabotage that for you. No pregnancy leave. They use your PTO without asking if you wanted to use it if you take off. They will have you working 10/11 hours days. You one get a 15 min breakfast break & a 30 mins lunch. They say that they’re being “nice” if we get a “45” mins lunch. If you want to know what it feels like in the Devils Kingdom I would definitely recommend you to work here.
