Just about everything. They don't want to pay market rates for engineers. They don't care about their employees.

This is going to be the most toxic work place I have ever worked. You are constantly on call. So remote work can easily turn into 60-70 hour weeks. There is no respect between employees. There is obvious favoritism and that plays into how you are treated.. Not a company where folks will go out of their way to help although some will until they leave. Great leadership in the higher ups but they must be oblivious to what is going on in middle management. I had even considered quitting directly on the spot for the disrespect I have received at this company. Terrible career move, Stay away.
