Cons

Chronically underpaid and unhappy employees, so culture is shot. Upper management looks down on the lower ranking employees. They simply do not value their employees, and certainly do not invest in young talent. They view employees as disposable. Very much turnover.

Cut throat environment Quintessential Good ole boy network The only redeeming quality is an excellent wage Over worked hourly Under worked management that changes the rules and safety guidelines to meet their agenda PBF= Profit Before Family Cronyism runs rampant in the self serving union Definitely a place where you’re on an island individually
