Most of the people you work with are decent, pay is good, benefits are fair.

Cons

Overly political. Management is awful, communication is awful and advancement opportunities are awful. Way too much territorialism along with lack of vision creates a stifling environment. Innovation is not understood nor valued. Director level management is woefully incompetent and, sadly, rewarded.
