Pros

Working with the people at PBM and for the RR Donnelly Company has all the affects of being in a second home working to make money with your family. The countless hours of overtime not only benefits my house hold but working with great people makes it alot easier.

Cons

The only downside about this job is the 12 hour shifts to many of them back to back will wear your body tired, but i find myself pushing through it.

Pros

Great and solid place to work, with a lot of diversity at all levels. Recently acquired by RR Donnelley, which has been around for 150 years and with that better and more effective processes are coming in.

Cons

Old company style, needs to update some of their office systems.

Great learning experience and was exposed to a wide variety of subjects. Overall a good start to my career. I view overall as a positive.

Cons

Has become a corporate driven company that must meet requirements of its parent company. Has lost the "local company" feel it had.
