Pros

Working with the people at PBM and for the RR Donnelly Company has all the affects of being in a second home working to make money with your family. The countless hours of overtime not only benefits my house hold but working with great people makes it alot easier.

Cons

The only downside about this job is the 12 hour shifts to many of them back to back will wear your body tired, but i find myself pushing through it.

Management was terrible. working and profiting off the backs of everyone below. no bonuses to lower employee. Our christmas "bonus" was a coupon book which was surplus stock from a job that we had printed. Insulting...

Great and solid place to work, with a lot of diversity at all levels. Recently acquired by RR Donnelley, which has been around for 150 years and with that better and more effective processes are coming in.

Cons

Old company style, needs to update some of their office systems.
