      Project managers try to micromanage crews without any experience doing the jobs themselves. Rework constantly because of interference from higher ups.Certain managers talk horribly to skilled workers. Vague descriptions of jobs and materials needed for jobs.

      Everything. Employee ownership. 401K from first day. PTO starts day one. Paid Holidays for everyone, not just admin. Company Bonus for all employees. Great Cluture
