-Seniority is the only thing that matter. I put a complaint in about a very senior manager, and was shot down. HR actually had the audacity to critique my performance during my initial complaint meeting.
-No chance to change career paths. I signed on telling everyone in the company I met, that I had a career path planned and that what I was currently doing was not what I wanted to do. They refused all of my requests, and it eventually ended in my termination because "I didn't seem interested in my work."
-Overworks staff; I was personally expected to work 55 hours a week with no compensation. It was also expected if you left early for an appointment that you would take PTO, even if you would make it up within the week.
