Friendly staff they encourage me to learn all the different areas of construction. I worked there as an intern for three months.

No designated office for interns.

I love working for them. Flexible hours on the office and on projects. They let you do your thing. no supervision, you're expected to know your stuff. Makes for a pretty relaxed work environment. There's no micromanagement.

Cons

Headquarter doesn't know what actually happens on project sites. They throw you in the project without any guidance or leadership. if you're new to a project they just throw you in there and let you figure it out by yourself.
