Pros

The company has a great employee stock option plan, something you don't see much of. It is a great way to keep morale up, and people engaged.

Cons

There is very little diversity, especially within upper management. In fact, I believe there are still only white, male executives. This trickles down throughout the company, and can make advancement difficult for those not in the "boys club".
