Good company culture, overall good people with understanding managers. Company gives employee's all the tools to succeed on their own.
Cons
Expectations for employees of the same level/role can vary. Entry-mid level positions can be responsible for more than senior level employees. Promotions and compensation is associated with 'years of service', not necessarily work ethic or knowledge driven.
