Pros
Best place to work with lots of freedom. First step to star banking career and this experience will take you wherever you want to reach because you actually work with the customers. You understand their feelings. Honestly working with PC, I feel like I am helping customer to get something free. It is the best job, I have ever had.
Cons
Management is little busy with their targets and sales but they should really think about employees. No gift cards for good sales people. PBR dont get that credit of their work but their managers and RDC always get all the credit of someone's work which is worst.
