Had great hours to work. Great team to work for. Flexible to schedule if needed. Had great managers.

Cons

Didn't offer career growth as much as you'd like. Benefits were subpar at best. Not much drive for work ethic.

Working with great, like minded people….most of the time

Cons

-The CEO -Upper management having absolutely ZERO idea what they are doing -CEO catering to the sales managers in a seriously unhealthy and unethical way -Constant change in pay structure so that employees make less and less -Being yelled at and called names by the CEO during meetings -The CEO would flex in meetings about how much money he had/was worth but refuses to renovate stores that literally have rips in their carpet that customers trip over creating a hazard
