Good pay great benefits decent morale. If you need a tool you will have it.
Cons
Knee jerk reactions to every little thing. One rule may override 5 others so go with what you heard last. Constant rumors of change. Did not treat our senior employees fairly after the acquisition. I saw 200 years of experience fired in 1 day.
