Pros
Best opportunities out there for recent graduate. I make a multiple of my starting salary from 6 years ago as a process engineer. No company spends more time developing you. Fortune 500 company senior vp and other vp’s know you by name. I was a nobody 6 years ago and they just kept developing me. Changed my life.
Cons
Must be willing to work hard in the paper machine dept but there is the biggest opportunity.
