Great coworkers and friendly work environment

Cons

Low pay - sometimes, you'd work 9 hours and only make $35 (taxed). Felt like a scam. They'd sometimes put you in a low-traffic area (where you'd maybe see 3 people the entire day) and then punish you for not making a sale. They force you to have no work-life balance. If you didn't make a sale by 5PM, there goes your night - you're likely staying out in the streets until 9PM, hoping for one sale of $45. If it wasn't for my coworkers, I would not have stayed as long as I had. Never working for this low pay again, it was below minimum wage.

Those who stay coachable and bring genuine effort rarely go home empty-handed, and most find the work both rewarding and financially worthwhile. No one is expected to work beyond 5:30, nor should they need to — results come from skill, not extended hours. Pros

Fun/energetic environment, the CEO actually cares about his employees, I feel like I have a purpose coming in each day with working with non-profits.

Cons

So much trust and independence that you really have to be self-motivated, not the best fit for someone who needs constant supervision.
