They have a lot of training to share and knowledgeable employees. Plan to stay long-term when possible.

Cons

Expect to work 55+ hours a week. Little to no incentive for projects to exceed expectations. You only benefit when the company does good as a whole, your successes do not get recognized with added compensation no matter how successful they are.
