Good safety focus. Safety diners n giveways. Loads of free time as plannin is poor.

Cons

Very rude n racist jokes from mgmt. Mgmt is ok for it. Sit in brm all time n joke. If ask them to work they wanna fire you.

Very professional group. Very open communication with staff. Excellent safety program from President to Laborer. Great opportunities.

Cons

Need to be more diligent and open with employee evaluations. Sometime it's just not a good fit! Don't send mixed signals to staff about future advancement.

Good stock program, good pay package, good order backlog, rotation leave pay

Cons

Poor HR retention policies, arbitration agreements, poor employee rights, hire fire mentality, non-existent on boarding process, little or no mentor ship, leaders are not qualified and craft leaders to qualified leaders power balance is very poor, engineer do not do engineering but clerical work.
