-Young management -Poor communication -Too many chiefs -Very inexperienced people -They bend rules and spend a lot of money on owners more then their employees -Poach employees from other companies

Plenty of OTJ training big company perks structured hierchy of management. resources to get the job done.

Cons

California division is so low balled wages it's deplorable for the demand on employees low hours forced to leave due to lack of work went to out of state project with same company HR does not talk to other districts.
